ideas nx 5 error -42

Hello, everyone.
I wanted to ask you for help, I can't install my idea license on an on win xp platform.
when I start the software, the following error appears to me:internal seucrity error: -42Who can help me?
I had to format the pc and can't install the software :-(

is a flexlm error, the license manager, sure the license server is active and the license file is correct?
-42 : invalid parameter

I had to format it all.
Unfortunately in the company we do not have assistance (@*!#%****!) so I have to arrange and... I'm not a phenomenon apparently.

Is it not that you would explain how to solve the problem?
we have a huge archive of files that we cannot use :-(

Meanwhile install the prerequisites and then the license manager.
before moving forward check with flexlm tools that the server is active.
then install the program.
