Circular No. 1/13: the obligation of the sistri from 1 October 2013 does not apply to the transport in its own account which is subject to other departure
the sistri (district tracking system) does not apply to professionals. the circular no. 1/2013 issued by the Ministry of the Environment to clarify the application of article 11 of the decree law 31 August 2013, n. 101, converted into law 30 October 2013, n. 125 (OJ No. 255, 30 October 2013).
in the circular it is specified that for "ents or enterprises initial producers of special hazardous wastes" are the subjects that, as consequence of their primary professional activity, produce special hazardous waste. the initial producers of urban waste, even though dangerous. Moreover, from the obligation to join the register, the initial producers who are not organized in entities or enterprises are excluded, namely professionals.
