ilogic rule to compile iproperties from excel files

I would like to ask you a question:
can you create an ilogic rule that compares the inventor file code with an excel file in such a way that the various ipropriertis compiled on excel are reported on the inventor file? If anyone can help me, I'd be enormously capable of it.
