Good morning to all, I am going to write for the first time in this forum that from a month to this part illuminates me on my new work with revit architecture 2010. I am using this beautiful program for the design of a sports center and I confess that despite the basic level I have known it for more than a year I still have many doubts. This morning, for example, I realized that of my four prospects one (the west one) works. others do not correspond at all to what they should be in reality. I explain better: instead of that east and north I find sections!! while the south is actually a prospectus to all effects but there is no part of the building as if I had never drawn it! It's so weird. I never had. Has it ever happened to you? I hope some of you can help me, I don't know exactly how to move on with these totally fucked-up prospectuses and of course I should deliver the job shortly.. I feel lost.. :frown:

in a view of the plant, clicking on the "point" of the symbol of the prospectus, a line will be highlighted, which is the plan (intersecting) of the view of the prospectus.
if this plan (and the symbol) integrates the building, in fact it becomes a section. to bring everything back to a prospectus, move the floor (and the symbol) outside the building.

Similarly, the plan (intersecting) shows a second line "tracted" which is the "depth" of the field. even such line can be positioned at will. if such line (of depth) is not visible, it is probably superimposed to that of "intersection".

changes to the location such lines (in a plant view), can also be made by the properties of the "section view".
These are in the ver. 2012, but if I don't remember badly, they are the same in 2010

the intersecting line (of the prospectus) of fact is a cutting plan, that precisely, if it is placed in intersecting position with the building, becomes a "section"; as well as, a section, located outside the building, becomes a prospectus.. .
