I would have a problem: when I create an axis from PC "x" and open it from a different pc "y" (the file is transferred via e-mail), you can not see components such as welding cords, screws or bolted connections. How come?
Is it possible to solve this problem?

the pack & go is sure on solidworks but there should be a similar system also for inventor. creates a package of files including bookcases ready for export.

I never used it but should have its good advantages. the main is that the data is all encrypted, so you don't keep them anymore like the usual windows files. you have access with various administrative rights or not, you have the possibility to manage revisions and management of files in a more consistent way and with certain rules. eventually resembles a pdm, then also there depends on the version.
