import dwg 3d => sldprt

Good morning, I received 2 dwg with 3d design, I would import and weld in model sldprt.

opening with sw I can only see them as put on the table or 2d sketches...There is a way to import them simply as you do with step iges etc? how?

I tried to export the files to acis, as I only have this possibility, but it did not export me anything x that they are not solid but faces 3d...

I made them both.
a no problem and weighs 5mb
the other (9122) comes out only surfaces and weighs 90mb. I'm trying to do a lost time diagnostic.
I'm sending them tonight.

Forgive, immediately seemed dwg was the only format, then insisting they found the way to export.

90mb? dwg 3d is not exactly "performing" ...
