Good morning to all,
Now I'll explain my problem by hoping you can help me.
I made a model in rhinestone that describes a pole with attached cables to it attached at the tip. My goal is to perform a first non-linear static analysis so as to obtain the deformation of the cables and a second implicit dynamic analysis so that we can analyze the effect on the pole of a variable pulse over time. having to do two cascading analysis I chose to use abaqus and set the next two steps. for simplicity I realized the model in rhinestone and I tried to do the two analyses then launching the dynamic one with restart set by that static nonlinear precedence. so doing the model works, therefore I decided to export it in .dat format and import it later in abaqus. to this point arise problems: when "submit" analysis with abaqus this aborts me and on the report I get the following error
error in job analysis_pole_cables: too many increments needed to complete the step
job analysis_pole_cables: abaqus/standard aborted due to errors.
error in job analysis_pole_cables: abaqus/standard analysis exited with an error - please see the message file for possible error messages if the file exists.
job analysis_pole_cables aborted two to errors.
I tried to recheck all constraints, applied loads, materials, units of measurement etc... but this mistake keeps coming out. I also changed both the "maximum number of increments" and the various "increment size", but the result is the same.
I can't understand why the same model goes on straus and on abaqus no.
as last test I made the model directly in abaqus without importing the model from straus but the error still appears.
Thanks to anyone who can help me.
