I attach this dwg made 1 unit one meter from my partner.

I have problems importing it: even if I convert all internally 3d objects of autocad like polylinese into 2d objects, some remain in space.

If someone -d ...) can take a look at us, maybe it lets me know... .

import it by telling him to convert to 2d/3d. then move to front view all selections and convert in lines. At that point you can go back to sight from above.
