import problems from solid edge

Good morning.
in company we work third-party sheet cutting and bending and we have a solid edge license. we are considering whether to buy also a spaceclaim license that we have seen very powerful to do some very interesting things.
the demonstration seemed very kidnapped and that could import all native files of practically all software.
now arises the problem, we have customers who for years send us the files in solid edge native format, and opening them with such software opens everything without any problem; We open the .asm file very well with all its parts.
but if I open the same .asm file with space claim, it opens, but some parts are not there, or rather, there are at the level list parts in structure, but they have no geometry inside them.
if I try to open the "empty" file individually from the folder where there are all the parts, it returns me an error, which with solid edge does not, it opens everything well and also the file individually opens it.
I try to attach the single file in question.
Would anyone give me indications of the reason for this problem?

I don't know, I also tried to open the internal parasolid file, but nothing to do.
may have been made following others with a brand new version, or with some particular attribute. Maybe you can send the files in parasolid format (the "motor" of solidedge) and maybe solve the problem.

the version they use is the st2...
Yes, yes, with a conversion the problem is resolved, in fact if even the whole total send it to stp everything is perfect, only they are "inhabited" to do so and I wanted to see if you could solve without converting.
The strange thing is that some people do not... I can't understand... also assistance has no ideas...

st2, so very old (but openable with sc)... mmm then I just don't know...
