import ps of pdf generated with vector.

Good morning

I wanted to ask for an info about the import into ps of the pdf created with vw: generating a pdf in a1 to 200 dpi and not popping up the options that generate pdf levels from categories and levels, I would like to obtain a unique pdf so as not to weigh the import. but aim is every time a torture: to import a pdf of 8 10 mega my mb pro is there to turn the hamster into the hamster for 15 20 minutes a barrel, resulting in loss of infinite time, as it processes the pdf rasterizzandolo. But if I didn't create levels, what should you raster?? I'm sure I'm saying some horny abnorms, and I didn't hit the problem. As you will understand these things at university they do not believe to teach us. . .

How much ram do you have? What version of ps?
export the eps. find the command in the export menu.
However, the pdf you need as a track I imagine, to apply the textures on ps. at least, I use ps for this, to treat prospectives and planes. for which amount in ps the eps in gray scale, which I only need as a track. the amount to 200 dpi keeping them in the same scale as I worked on vw. of course the greater the amount of information contained in pdf and its weight, the greater the time of rasterization, but your times seem exaggerated!

the fact is that I need to export items with transparent and colored fillings, for which I need to export pdf since eps do not manage transparencies.

I have a mb pro unibody 17inch 4gb ram core 2 duo 6 mb cache...a 2.66ghz seems to me... Yes.

Then I have to do an exam that is a useless hallucinating farce. It is a question of putting retinals, fields, on a dwg of a fire area. I have 2 glosses, 1 with technical paper and 1 with my "design" above. scale at 7500. I carry these things on ps to mount the tables.

how do you make copy paste?? ? how do you see dpi scale etc?

Why not hang in vw? using the viewports in 5 minutes you have your table, with the advantage of keeping the vector data, of losing less time, of having colors and transparency as well as you set them.
we engage everything in vw even project relationships, not to mention the contest boards!
use ps only to process images to then insert into vw for the layout.

then, why not make a little useful investment. you are students, take illustrator with discount education that comes to you to cost on 200 euros, I think.
It makes no sense to continue to engage on ps. It's just a waste of time.

a small advice (from a former student who is totally fasting in computer science to personcina who has made his bones with several years of "intensive" work): think to optimize. always; because there is never time. and preparing an exam is nothing compared to delivery times when working.
you are students and you have the opportunity to get software at very discounted prices. Take advantage of it. you will have the double advantage of doing before preparing the exams and preparing for the profession by acquiring knowledge of the right tools (which sometimes makes the difference! )
