Hello everyone, I am trying to learn from self-taught rhino3d to render with various materials for a more realistic representation. the problem is that after doing the solo model in autocad I can't import it with rhino or it only matters one face and ignores everything else.
Someone has some suggestions to give me.
thanks in advance.

What version of autocad do you have?

the easiest thing is to use the standard interchange formats between the various programs, igs or stp but from what I know only the latest versions of autocad allow export with these formats. if you do not have them you can try with the dwg but very often fails.

thanks to the answer marangon, however I found that it is not the version of autocad the problem but and that of rhino. In fact the ver. 3 that I have only recognized the mesh problem that apparently was solved with the successive vers.
I am now trying to use 3ds that has no problem importing solids, although it is a little + complex to learn from self-taught.
Thanks again.
