hello to all...I tried to look in the other threads but nn I managed to find the answer that interests me...I would like to understand how to import a solid extruded in autocad....or also how to make a solid new in revit 2010....thanks:finger:

hello and welcome to the forum
in general revit imports "blocks" in dwg, then once saved the file in dwg with autocad, you can import it with revit.

p.s. if you do a search in the forum, with keyword "solid" you find other discussions about it.

for the second argument, make a call with the keyword "masses"

I managed to import it but it's like it's a design apart....it can serve me as a base...but I can't set the materials for example... it is as if it were a single block...thanks to the resp cmq!!! !

objects in the dwg file (solids, mesh or lines) must have "layer" characteristics

the imported solid, does not become a family (object) of revit, but it is possible to intervene on some parameters:
- materials
- the scale of representation
