importare tavole dxf in file formato solidworks (*.slddrw)

my curiosity, why convert dwg files to 2d sw?
then take the most useful view and turn it into 3d?

Yes, I am recovering about 200 files made with autocad, in the meantime I start importing them, then with time I will use the view to transform them into 3d. itanto I can already update the carts and make them similar to the drawings made with solidworks
