import xml data

I should import data from a xml file with the "data import" procedure, but following the example that the help no works

xml version="1.0"?<xml><transactions><transaction date="1643744991" type="wf_import_document_attributes" vaultname="prova-01"><document aliasset="" id="pippo" idattribute="1" idcfgname="" pdmweid="0"><configuration name=""><attribute name="descrizione" value="pippo"></attribute></configuration></document></transaction></transactions></xml>copy the syntax taken by the help
who knows how to make it work?

Hi.
Would you please tell me where you find the "data-import" procedure and the example path in the help?
I currently use the 2018 version and "import data I find it in the menu of customizations made by the pdm var
