impossible modification of matrix blocks

it is not possible to save changes to groups of a matrix
provided that I have installed both revit 2019 and 2023 on a machine (the only one that makes this defect) and the defect is present in both
programs are updated
as you see in the attachment when I change matrix group the screen comes yellow, but there is no change management menu... (Save add confirmation delete etc.)
we are in wind 10 environment

Sorry I'm late. I also found out that this is how it works. ,
must be the graphics card (it also does it with 2019...),
