impossible multisection

I would like to make a multisection removed but sghemba ( -5 mm in input, + 5 mm out) compared to the axis of the piece made with a coast.
I tried using the same coast manager but I can't.
How can I do that?

I think you used the director setting it as a guide, but the guide must intersect the sections, in this case you must use the director as a backbone.
