I have a set and relative files extracted from the vault 2015 that I can no longer archive or cancel the extraction ...

Do you have ideas about how to do it?

I also tried to copy them with vault basic with the idea of deleting blocked files but even the copy project allows me!

Are they extracted from you? do you have a basic vault on your pc or are you more designers?

They were extracted from me!
Fortunately we have telephone assistance and remotely the technician fixed it. . .
vault turns on sql2008 express which has as maximum size of 4gb database I had arrived at 3.99 :redface: so he messed up.
now updated me the sql with the 2008 r2 version which as maximum size has 10gb and the problem has been solved. :finger:

I still hope my experience can help someone else!
