impossible to assemble with the current connection

Good morning to all, I resumed an old project on wf3.0.
I have a general connection (cart on linear guide with defined the length that the cart has to cover) that it properly funnels at the level below together, but just the port on a top level assembly and I assemble a component with mat connection I find the impossible message to assemble with the definition of current connection, and the movement of the cart no longer works, I remove the component assembled on the cart and everything comes back to work.
I've been feeling a bit, but I can't find anything weird. suggestions?

you probably have bound the new component with constraints that refer not only to the subset. in this way does not find correct solutions! or is the subaxieme itself that is not properly bound, for example use of the constraints related to both the guide and the cart.
