impossible to cut wall curved wire ramp authorized

My dear colleagues, I have a question to ask you, to which I have been unable to answer:
how do I cut down the curved walls (for convenience of glass management) as the reference plane can not editate it and the slope of the straight ramp is different?
I tried to change the ramp with various solutions, or the same is not generated correctly or it gives me error. (revit use 2010 and to generate the ramp I used the function "rampa")

make a subtraction solid (wall chain) through a route extrusion.
the path selections with the ramp line, and a profile that must be greater than the wall section (which you have to remove at the highest point).
associate the vacuum with the wall by command: change> geometry cutting

looking carefully at the controls I discovered the "select path" button (I had never seen it before... I hid it until this evening....)... while I used the command "draw path". solved. thank gfrank for the advice and a perfect tutorial found on the internet looking for.
