impossible to explode ellipse

Hello everyone! I have a design of a building that as I pass over the mouse highlights all the design. Why? I should make some changes, but it's like it's a block, I select a section and select all the design. I tried with explosives but nothing changes and from the command line it is written impossible to explode ellipse

try to see if it's a group...and still an ellipse can't explode*, as a circle or line does not explode
