Is there a special menu?
ps: I managed to recreate the menu of the "classical version" of autocad.

if you have the lt version of autocad, you can't load the lsp, but not even many other applications, because it doesn't have the integrated programming languages. . .
I use autocad 2015 (not lt, that is full) and I charge them perfectly
so as already told by plannerroad the problem could be in the version of autocad
