impossible to open and display the correct folder

Hello everyone,
in autocad 2018, using the command > appload < always opens the folder there are the lisp that I intend to open.
I installed version 2021 and opens a folder that I can't edit (see attachments).
Did I miss something?

I don't understand the meaning of your question.
go to the directory where you have lisp that you intend to use!
unless you can change directories because the popup window features the locked directory choice curtain.

in this case is a variable problem:
rememberfolders to set to 1
