impossible to read dwg files on mac

Hello everyone!??? I have a problem to solve. . .

I sent to a mac various file formats from different programs: autocad, rhinoceros and cinema4d.
but they tell me they can't read any of the files: .dwg .dxf .3dm .stp .iges etc.

I didn't understand if they installed in icadmac mac but I think so.

Help! !

I mean you want to know why they can't read files not even knowing what programs they use!!!! Moreover not knowing even with which version the files were generated and the release of their software! ! !
What do you think we should answer?

I understand very well what you want to say, but I'm waiting for them to rest on it, in the meantime I would have accepted all the suggestions possible.!!!! are quite alibitio from the fact that they can't open it even with the dwg converters for mac, so bo..bo.. Maybe someone had happened and says.. oibo!!!! Just... .

hi, I work on mac and amount every day dwg files that pass me strutturists, implantists, etc.
apart from a speech of versions, maybe if these dwg come from the last autocad I can not import them, for the rest I never had problems. You should know what they use for displaying/importing these formats you've been through.

It seems very strange that they cannot open them. besides the fact that it is not that only open the .dwg file. but also other formats. I save .dwg files in 2004 2007, my autocad and 2007.
