Good morning to all,
I'm going back to a subject I've partially asked for help a few months ago.
now the problem unfortunately returns... I need to draw molds for technical rubber articles with solidworks.
part of these molds must be used with a rubber injection system.
in this case the central pin that I attach to you has a central hole in which the rubber is injected and then you have conical channels (ø10 mm inside the hole and ø2.5 on the outside of the pin) placed on the 4 cardinal points tilted down, so that you can "command" the rubber from the central hole to the side arms and then fill a cylindrical shape.
I mean... I can not do blessed cones sti and in general injection channels.
Can you help me? In addition to you solidworks is suitable for this type of design? are always very simple moulds and not complex pieces.
I attach a pdf with my injection channel sketch. . horror... and the step file of the pin.

thanks to all in advance
