Hi, I've got a problem with stumps. I have made the processing of a mold and the workpiece is like this:

is it a display error or is it really wrong to work? the other surfaces are good only these here that are too vertical present these problems. How can I solve this? Thank you very much in advance.
greetings

do not be fooled by the horrible graphics of the simulator.
if the tolerances in the work are correct(0.01mm) you can rest assured.

Thanks for the answer. tolerances are 0.01mm. the simulator does not have the maximum graphic level but it seems to me a good computer. I wonder why the other surfaces look good and only these so vertical are so ugly? in finishing to avoid worse surfaces than this I left a small offset. I knew the offset should be left in case of roughing. Is it a mistake to let him finish? Thank you.

 monteguy ...is this ancora?...price :rolleys:

because it uses the stl triangulation...you will never see something done well...
However one who knows how to fresare the simulator does not use it!!!!

for the finishes of the vertical surfaces use a stategy for levels and for the floors or near the top for horizontal areas if you just do not want to heel the verticals which seems impossible to me since there are the sforms use advanced offset and from the 0.02 on the side so much to stay quiet ...

thank you for the answer:smile:. However yes, for horizontal surfaces (the purple ones) I used a finishing for horizontal areas, instead inside those holes I used a finishing for limit angle so as to distinguish horizontal and vertical surfaces. I'm sure it's a graphic problem. Now I'm trying to optimize machining so I don't spend much time. In case of trouble, can I disturb you?

ps: as you said one who knows how to fresare does not use the simulator! ! !

a hello to monster

..I apologize for the prolonged absence from the forum, but I had some
