incorrect rototranslation

Hola to all!
I have a problem with rotation... I have to create a conical spiral with square section, I created the iron fil director with the spiral command by choosing as a "conic" option, I tracked the section on the work plane and then with the rototranslation I created my part; and here the surprise! the section does not remain in trajectory but turns! I attach photos.
I tried to see the various options of rototranslation but I don't go out, is it impossible to create?
at the moment I use v16 as version

I don't know enough osd but I saw the same mistake on other solid modelers. in that case the solution was to define a rotation axis around which to rotate the section, and to instruct the function to maintain a side of the "uterine" profile parallel to that axis.

Nothing to do, keep turning the section.
I tried with rhino and has an option that can create the piece as I say!
sin, perhaps it is a solid limit, in fact if on the rototranslation you choose the constant option, creates a part that does not keep the section but only the direction
