hello to all, I have to make a z finish with visi 15 with a spherical fringe diam. 10. who knows and how to calculate the increase I have to give not to leave marks between a past and the other?

hi, the maximum finishing pass would be empirically ø10/2=5/10=0.5mm . Then you just have to decide how tighter to make it, there is the param. roughness that should be updated and give you an idea of the result. I always end with < 0.01 for steel parts.

I honestly don't know, I think so. Obviously being empirical it must be verified on the field. definitely can apply to large diameters(32, 25, etc. ) because the curvature is less, for the smaller cutters is definitely the maximum limit. Then it always depends on what you have to get.
