independent points from copy geometry

Good morning.
often I happen to insert copies geometry into the part I'm modeling.
on these copies geometry then create points I use for modeling.
once finished the mixed piece "manually" the coordinates of those points and redefine them compared to a csys so that you can remove the geometry copies created initially by clearing the part from any external reference.
I would like to avoid measuring each time the coordinates of all points. Is there a faster way to clear them from copied geometries?
