indication of depth of holes

Hi, I've got to run some food for an exam.
Since for the "display style" option I must set "no hidden", I cannot see, in the various views the depth of any holes (I do not see the hidden lines). the only option is to make sections (totals or partials) or add notes. I would like to ask you for help.
how can I indicate the depth of the hole in a note? I would have the following questions:
1: If I have a passing hole I can write as I indicated in Figure 1? If yes, can I do it even if I have to indicate a single hole?
2: If I have a blind hole, can I write in one of two ways as I indicated in Figure 2? (holes are clearly different but I'm just interested in explaining an example)

in Figure 1, I also indicated ø because I found an example on the internet. since you see that it is a circle should not be omitted?

thanks to availability

hi, in the views, you can only draw and thin line the holes (the other hidden lines not the monsters), or it is also preferable a section or split.

the symbol ø does not indicate that it is a circle, but indicates that the quota you insert refers to the diameter of the circle

Thanks for the answer. but if I want to avoid, where possible, the hidden sections and lines of the holes, how could I indicate the depth?
