industrial design element modeling software

are struggling with the modeling of an industrial design element. I realized the structure through solid 3d in autocad. However, I realized that the quality is very low. Is it possible to export my dwg file to another program and make a better quality rendering? Can you advise me an alternative to autocad rendering? surfing the internet, I ran into alias, what do you say?

and why not 3dstudiomax?
is an autodesk product, no risk of incompatibility or damaged imports. it takes a while to master it fully but you start easily and deepening is subjective. .
