industry choice

hello to all users of cad 3d!
I would have a question for those in the industry and want to answer:
yesterday I had an interview in a small company that produces and installs automatic packaging machines, active mainly in the tissue industry but also with products such as polystyrene panels following the product until the palletization, bottle of water, plastic glasses, washing machine.
Here... what kind or level of mechanics can be in a company like this? ? ?
if it is possible it would be nice to have a comparison to a mechanic applied to automatic machines incartonators and lockers of boxes.
