the "brevetto" consists of claims (claims). start on page 8 (marked as page 6).
any claim may be "revenged" by the patent owner in case of copying.

the hydraulic cylinder is known technique, I cannot patent it or claim it. use a hydraulic cylinder for an automatic baby cradle instead can be claimed (no one has ever done) with specific construction forms that will be explicit.
Then, selling a cradle with attached hydraulic power station soundproof... well... is another story.

I recommend that you do not focus on patents that have no meaning. are the binding claims.
