info on graphic tablet

Hello. I’m thinking about buying a graphic tablet to make the design of the boats that project. I press that I'm not a top in the drawing, and I'd actually hope that using it can improve a little bit. so I did a little research on the web, I found these graphic tablets graphic tablet,dispaly pen,graphic table with screen|xp-pen.
who of you owns a graphic tablet, what do you recommend to learn how to use it? For example, I know that my trait even when I go slowly and I'm careful is still very trembling... what kind of "exercises" could I do to improve?
then I use cad as a program, would I be able to create curves directly from them or will I have to do them anyway with the mouse? or can you only use it for zoom?or exist different programs with which the graphic tablet makes better?
In short, if you have suggestions are well accepted, realize that I am at the very first weapons - as in fact I am - and straight of any kind will certainly be useful to me!

I doubt that with catia that tablet functions, if I have not seen badly is not included in the list of compatible software
