I think the basic programming for fanuc is so trivial that the manuals are enough to learn it, if then the needs are a little more particular (return axis_c+y,multitasking,fresh 4/5 axes positioned or continuous,programming parametric) then things change a lot but for what is my experience I can tell you that any course you can do to learn the 20/30% of things the rest

the companies that make courses fanuc are usually the manufacturers or sellers of machine tools (who mount fanuc) type angelini , mcm, overmach, celada, etc. , of course they focus on their machines.
for 'generic' courses, for what it can serve, you can turn to some experienced programmers or buy the manual, which you do a lot earlier.
The basic fanuc is not very elaborate, it is in standard iso.
it takes perhaps some indication in + for parametric programming, but also here I think it is enough manual.
