hi guys, use autocad 2018 to make jewelry from me created, I'm trying to make a necklace but the thing is very elaborate and unsuitable for different views.
I started with drawing a single mesh, I copied it and rotated to frame it to the first, I created a group of the two pieces and an ass of the path I want to make him do, then through the serial command along trajectory I made it elaborate.
result : the group turns around the spline but each group remains to itself, as you can see from the annex.

Questions:

1) to create a necklace I have to move and rotate a group at a time or are there appropriate commands?
2) I think autocad is not exactly the most suitable program for this sector, do you recommend any?

autocad is not a 3d program, so it is not suitable for any industry if you want to model.
a program used in jewelry is rhinoceros, it is not parametric but has many functions for modeling "artistic"
