insert line size in thumb fractions

in autocad I have to make lines using inches and fractions.
how do they fit into the keyboard?
p.e. I must insert the measure of 7 5/8"

5/8 = 5 divided 8 = 0,625 for which 7,625 inches = 7,625*25*25.4 = 193,675mm

you had to write in the autocad section and not mechanical design.
Did you read the rules you said you'd accept? No.
Did you show up? No.
So...
fractions in all cads are written in decimal.

I don't have the tool you call "key" and so I can't help you.
