insert note type known in 3d

I can't insert a note as a annotation in the 3d model attached to a feature or geometry. or at least the creo but I do not hesitate to make it visible in the model (of course that activates visibility for annotations). while for notes type geometric tolerance, datum etc. It's okay.

ops, found must be put yes in the config.pro to display notes in the model.
