insert notes and sketches on explosives

good morning to all, I apologize right away for the question maybe trivial, but I can't get out of it, I need to create notes and sketches on some components of my set, so explode these components, I would expect to see how connected to the same follow the new position assigned in explode, but this does not happen. Can anyone tell me the correct path?

Yes, they remain where I draw them, move the model on the explosive and do not follow it, as the odds inserted as note, if I put them on the model instead than on the axieme I can not see them at the table, and if I try to put the quota at the table (the model is carved in a custom position not top, right, etc.)
