inserting points

Good morning
I apologize if I take up a subject already dealt with in the past but I couldn't get over it by reading the old posts.
I predict that from a very few I have passed from proengineer I create 2 to nx8, and unfortunately as predictable I have problems.
with creo I could insert a battery of points in polar coordinates or cards simultaneously, attaching points with a simple copy and paste from a txt or ibl file. and pointing them on a ucs system.
in a second time I could pass through these spline points and therefore a surface. (see image)
the points in space I need and I would like to see and use them to build the splines. is it possible with nx8 get a similar result?
Unfortunately I have to follow a very precise procedure for modeling these fins, I really hope that there is a corresponding command in nx.

This way you get the spline you can do whatever you want.

Thank you very much
it was beautiful hidden, I found it with the command finder and I managed to insert the splines.
Unfortunately there are substantial differences between creo2 and nx, I will have to adapt a lot of drawing procedures.

once I remember that you could create a passing surface for points that you uploaded from a .dat file.
if I'm not mistaken the file was formatted so you have a differentiation between row and column .
with this I built spoiled surfaces for the mold industry, but the version was nx6.
I do not know if there is still a command or if it has been replaced by other functions
