install unigraphics

I have problems with the ug license in my pc. unigraphics I can install it correctly, but I don't read the license.
How can I do that?

ugii_lic_ense_file does not exist as a flex variable.
Obviously if it was created so, the flex goes looking for the ugii_license_file and does not find it.
