It's been a couple of days since I ran into a fuzzy fuss problem. regarding the installation of the software 3d studio max version 2010 now I bring you the error as it is displayed:
error 1402. could open key:
hkey_local_machine\software\classes\.max\shellex.
verify that you have sufficent access to that key, or contact your support personnel
I tried them all I only have an administrator account, it doesn't let me access the authorizations of this key and so I can't change it there are no virus because it's just formatted I managed to delect it through tuneup but it recreates during the installation, tried also in temporary mode, but... no useless does not add even other accounts for the editing consent is inaccessible not even on google discussion, if

trying to install 3ds max match this error 1001. I have windows 10....can that be the problem of failure to install?
I have another pc with a view (although I think it's worse), could it change something?
