installation problems with autocad education

hello to all
yesterday I tried to download autocad from the student site. autodesk.com; before starting the site it made me download and install akamai netsession interface and then download started; once finished at some point the pc asks me:"choose the program to open the file 478dhf8u584hredfuru... which is the file of autocad" to which I do not know what to choose.
Does anyone know what I have to do?

most likely you did not complete the download and that is just a "partial" file, not yet complete.

I downloaded the program with firefox instead of ie9 and with internet download manager instead of akamai, I ran it as administrator, I came to the window where you choose the destination folder , I chose it, I clicked install and began to extract the files; arrived at the file "extractingx86\acad\programfiles\root\locked\acad.exe crashed and after a few minutes a red writing appeared that said "cannot create x86\acad\programfiles\root\locked\acad.exe and csì for the following files.
What do you think happened?

no space problems I do not have, use sp2 view.
I thought maybe they might be administrator permission issues, I’ve got the uac disabled and I don’t have passwords.I searched a bit on the internet and found this:

In view, if the user account control is active, administrators are also considered standard users for common operations. when you have to make changes to the system, uac asks for confirmation and, having it, "promotes" administrator for that operation.

advice: Put a password to the administrator account and use a standard account. to installs, if the setup.exe icon has a shield, the uac will ask you the password.


when you have to use an old program that must have full control of the hd,

right click on the executable icon - run as administrator,

because for a normal executable, for example an old program for win 98 that must save information in the folder "c:\program files", uac is not able to know that it must be executed as admin. note that this is necessary even if you are using an admin account.

Sorry but I don't understand what you mean by "where you're disappearing" , internet download manager downloaded it in the program folder of the downolads folder of the user folder, but I don't think it is compacted, if I click on the file or the file item doesn't tell me sompatta, it says open or run as administrator.Can you explain better?

Disable the firewall and antivirus and try again.
those updates have nothing to do with your installation problem.

I never tried. I use alarm firewall zones that is also free.
However before changing firewalls see if the "responsible" is convenient.

I disabled avira and comfortable
I installed autocad2011(config.tipica),design review2011,material library,express tools,sp1.1,in the end it tells me config.completata,clicco on config.completata,clicco on install,but in the end when it starts installing visualc++ it blocks and appears unsuccessful installation.
the installz process log tells me installation aborted,result=1603
I don't really know what to do
some suggestions
