installazione server windchill

Hello.
in the company we use creo and windchill as manager of documents cad.
Currently we are still at version 11 of windchill and we would like to switch to 12 to use version 8 of creo.
Has anyone recently faced this update? I refer to the windchill server, it is about installing from zero windchill 12 on dedicated machine and ready to use.
our partner will take 10 working days, 5 for the development machine and 5 for the production machine.
I have no idea if they're a few or a lot... ..with comments, thank you.

In practice they will take me 5 days to put on a first machine, import db and data and do all the tests of the case, this activity will not stop the various clients. If everything goes to good end the second machine will be made which will be the production on which all clients will be hijacked.

I guess I'm wrong but if everything goes well on the second car they should put a little less on the first one
