Hello, everyone. I have graduated mechanical expert, I have always done the worker (I am 24 years old), I have changed several companies and I have never been fully satisfied with the work I have done, alienating and repetitive. Now I work in a company I can't complain about, clean, the environment is good. The only problem is the night shifts that are devastating me.
I have problems with social anxiety and depression since I was 13 years old, these problems have given away looking for a quiet job, without too much human contact and without difficult tasks and responsibilities that could bring me anxiety and stress. But I realize that I don't like work, it's not stimulating at all, yes, you take home the loaf, yes, you can build a future, but life is one and the idea of having to go through doing a job I don't like, not to mention the repercussions on the health of night shifts.
I've been thinking about the most obvious job for my graduation: Technical designer.
Now, I'm not able to know if it will be the right job for me, but I think it will be far more stimulating and even more "qualified" than just working as a factory worker.
I have noticed that the region offers free courses, funded by European funds, which are very complete, but alas only for unemployed. the alternative would be paid courses (which I noticed are really expensive).
I care about learning solid edge for 3d.
no one hires you to form from scratch, so the only chance is training.
I ask for your opinion, what would I recommend to do to insert into the world of work? Is it worth attending paid courses?
