interference in motion study

Hello, guys, I'd like to solve a little problem in motion study:

how can you make the two components perfectly rigid? If you look at the file I posted, in theory the rollers should not pass because you create a small interference, it should block everything. instead you see well the two components that pass one through the other even if little. I tried to change the values in elastic properties but then they create strange bounces. same thing in another much more complex project than this.

I don't read your files since you have the 2010 version. Can you post in other formats?

Azure, if placed in another format you lose the simulation. maybe you could save in swx2008 or 2009.. .

The rollers rotate, twist to a axis and should stop between the teeth, do I understand?

in theory, as it is drawn now yes. Indeed, since the final result must be that turning the rollers must also turn the big wheel (type gear) I had to radiate the edges because I saw that there was interference.
