you can use bouncing command
next time make a step to present yourself in the appropriate section new users.

hi in these cases I used the helical command with round profile extrusion in size and mirrored version with symmetry plan on the middle of the length of the bushing, in my case I needed to pass oil to facilitate the flow , basically they would be two cross spirals
