internal surface of a turbine blade with offset control

Good morning to all,

I am a master student and modeling the shovel of a wind turbine on solidedge to calculate the mass.

the shovel is divided into cross sections connected by two curves (leading and trailing edge). I created the outer surface between two successive cross sections and I have to create the corresponding internal surface to a certain offset and then get the solid.
the thickness of the cross section on the tip of the shovel is about 4 cm, while at the base of 70-80 cm as seen in the photos. for this at the base I can create an internal surface with a 6-7 cm offset, but on the tip the maximum offset allowed by the program is 1 cm, given the complex geometry of the airfoil on the trailing edge. creating in this way the internal surfaces with decreasing offsets (from the base to the tip) these do not match but are blurred. Does anyone have any idea how I could do that?

I thought of doing the offset of each section (and not the surface) of the allowed value and then connect all the sections with two curves, but I can't do the offset of a closed line and I don't know if you can do... You know a similar function that I could use, and yet also did this step, I don't know how to connect sections after...

in case you do not open the file in the zip folder:
