internal thread on fe

Hello, everyone.

in company we have to carry out numerous internal threads on pipes in fe 360

threads are the classic gases 1"1/2 - 1"1/4 - 1" etc.
lengths 25 - 30 mm

we currently use inserts:

iscar 16 irm 11 w ic 908 - vt 130 - ap. 0.25

I tried mitsubishi mmt inserts 16 irm 110 w vp 15 tf, but I can't make pieces.

with the iscars I make about 250 - 300 threads to cutting edge, with the mits after 50 it breaks everything.
I've tried to lower the ap.
I've been able to raise the vt because it seems to me that the trucile is crowned, but nothing yet.

What I don't understand is that on the inox I feel good with both of you, even better with the japp.

Does anyone know the mitsubishi inserts and can help me to let them go?

I've got to get them out of the lowest price.

the gap seems excessive, 50pz vs 250!

Sure that the inserts you have in your hand are suitable for that kind of material?

Also because it would not explain if not the remarkable difference, besides if to make the same quantity of pieces you have to use 5 plates, excuse but stay where you are not to change!! It seems that the game is not worth the candle...
