intersecting cone log sheet fitting

Hello, how could I convert this fitting into sheet metal?
if I design them with the bending function with loft after I do not know how to generate the hole on the larger cone, and I can not even cut the smaller cone with a cut in normal revolution to make it adhere to the big cone. .

if now I do "inject bends" do not accept the edge created by the extruded cut to open the 2 tubes..
when drawing in this way tubes with the 2 equal diameter bases open without problems.

It's something to study, but in the meantime, I give you two straights, or at least I think they are.
instead of using the empty command and divide you make lofts with subtle function, remove the needle from the last loft and then use the intersection function.
check with these steps if you can make sheet loft

the procedure is this
1 do tubes with sheet loft
2 create two loft surfaces; you need to recreate closed profiles, you cannot use those created to make the sheet loft
3 make a cut with surface for each tube

I think it is difficult to do less sketches considering that a function requires open sketches (lamiera) and another closed sketches (surfaces)
