inventor 2009 installation

I have an installation problem that I can't fix someone can help me?
I had to reinstall inventor 2009 on another pc.
When I arrive at the installation of the library center contents, the program checks the suitability of the PC I notice that another web server is using port 80 and the installation stops.
doing in dos netstat -ano you do not see any port 80 used.
However inventor turns correctly but I can't load any library.

do not have to uninstall it but launch it and from the tool menu --> advanced options --> link --> remove the check from " use the ports 80.... "
